you adhere to the following:
artist
• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only
• I reserve the right to watermark my work
• I have the right to decline any commission or client for any reason
• I will not be lowering my prices for any reasons, excessive bargaining may result in a blacklist
• If I wish to no longer work on the project for any reasons, I will refund you the full amount
• I will not be using your commission for other clients or any other for profit projects
client
• By commissioning me you agree to the terms of service
• Do not claim the art as your own
• You may not edit or modify use of my works without my permission, this include any watermarks I have on the artwork
• You acknowledge that by commissioning me, the work is digital only, and I do not owe you anything physical
• You may display my work online as long as it is credited to me, you do not need my permission to post it online
• You may not use the artwork for redistribution, commercial or noncommercial (flyers, keychain, book cover) unless previously discussed
• Some terms may be negotiated and settled upon for some commercial projects(eg. Game art)
• My Terms of Services may be updated periodically, clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents. Failure to adhere to the current TOS may result in a blacklist
Commercial usage
• Commercial usages are considered the following (such as and not limited to): reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork(eg. YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, business cards etc)
• In cases of an adopt or custom, you may be charged for commercial usage considered the following (such as and not limited to): VTuber, story character(eg. manga, webtoons, etc)
• Total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront
• I may change the commercial usage price for any reasons I see fit

general notice
waitlist
• Commission may open at any given time
• Prices will rise after a batch is done or when I feel like my art has improved, if you were waitlisted during this time, you will adhere to the most current prices unless I forbid you otherwise
•If you don't reply within 1 month I messaged you, your slot will be automatically dropped
ordering
• You are expected to fill out the Commission Ordering form google doc
• You may only order at most 2 commissions with 1 slot, this must be discussed beforehand
• I will not be drawing off of description only, you must provide me with clear and colored reference
• If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details, the extra fee will be stated before the transaction
• Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the detail
• I will not start the commission unless I have received the payment
payment
• Payment is in USD
• Payment through Paypal only, unless previously stated beforehand
• I may ask you to directly send me the payment or through PayPal invoice
• It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed
• You do not need to cover for Paypal charges, you only need to pay the amount that we discussed
• If I have not received payment of the order within 72 hours, you’ll be first notified of the situation, and if I still have not received the payment after an additional 48 hours, the order will be dropped and you lose your slot
• you may not change the subject of your commission( character you wish for me to draw, styles in a custom, etc) after I have received payment
• No refunds after I have already started the sketch, clients who ask for a refund despite any excuses will be blacklisted
• If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan
• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason
• Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project/after an artwork have been finished will result in immediate blacklisted
• If in any case a refund is required, I am only required to pay the amount that we discussed, excess Paypal charges will not be covered
Workflow
• You may set a deadline on your commission, the deadline must be discussed before the payment
• I have the right to decline a project if I feel I cannot finish it in time
• There may be an extra fee if you wish to have the completed piece within a set amount of time, usually around +25% of the original quote
• If due dates are discussed, it is also the clients' responsibility to ensure prompt communication, I will not be held responsible for late delivery
• Do not harass me on my work speed, you may ask for check ins, MAX 2 times a week
• I will work on commissions by queue and priority deadline, unless it is within a batch, then I will work on what I feel most motivated to do first
• You will be notified regarding any delays
• Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed should the client have set dates.
revisions
• I will send a WIP image after 100% of the payment is completed
• The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished work if no feedback was given to amend it
• I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the Sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time
• Up to 2 major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards
• After the order is completed, minor changes such as certain details are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults
• In the absence of feedback from the client, I will continue with the said piece any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee
• I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order
FINAL PRODUCT
• There may be slight differences in style between the samples in my portfolio gallery and the artwork you will receive
• Due to my art style, there might be some slight difference in proportions and colors

• I will be sending the finished artwork via Email, in any case that you have lost the files I am not responsible for the loss in any case or form. I might no longer have the files after completion of the project, be sure to store them properly
• I am not required to post your project in any public space
Customs + adopts
•The terms for regular art commission applies to customs and adopts unless stated otherwise
•After completion of the design, ownership will be transferred to you, but it does not mean that you are the designer and credit must go to me as the designer
• I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you
• For adoptable auctions, you are NOT allowed to retract your bid. If you fail to follow through with the bid for the first time, you will be verbally warned. If you fail to follow through with the payment you will be blacklisted
• In the case of customs, I can make customs for pre-existing or new characters
• In the case of an adoptable or custom, you may change slight details of the design without telling me, if you are to make a big change in the design (this does not pertain to giving them a new outfit), please tell me about it
• You may not sell the adopt or custom higher than the price at which you bought it. If you decide to hand ownership to someone else, please let me know beforehand
•Customs will have slightly less detailed coloring compared to regular colored drawings
